Consent to the processing of personal data

The Crystal Fund JSC, TIN 5032371938, OGRN 1235000154399, address: office 02-20/4B, 14 Chikina St., Odintsovo, Odintsovsky urban district, Moscow Region, 143005 (the “Operator”).

An individual who has independently completed the enquiry form on www.russianindustrialzone.ru and provided their personal data (the “Subject”).

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data:

• surname and first name;
• name of organisation;
• country;
• e-mail address;
• telephone number;
• information about the project, area of interest and the content of the enquiry — to the extent voluntarily provided by the Subject.

Fields not marked as mandatory are completed at the Subject's discretion.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• considering the enquiry and preparing a response;
• contacting the Subject regarding the enquiry, including by telephone and e-mail;
• organising interaction with representatives of Russian and foreign companies interested in locating production and obtaining resident status in the Russian Industrial Zone in Egypt;
• assessing the feasibility and parameters of locating production projects in the Russian Industrial Zone in Egypt.

This Consent does not cover advertising and information mailings. Such processing is carried out only with the Subject's separate consent.

Consent is given to the following actions with personal data:

• collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is carried out in a mixed manner — with and without automation.

Personal data provided through the form on the Website is sent to the Operator's corporate e-mail and stored on the Operator's server.

The Operator does not disclose or disseminate personal data to third parties without the Subject's consent, except in cases expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

This Consent is not consent to the dissemination of personal data within the meaning of article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. The Operator does not make the Subject's personal data publicly available.

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or the need to achieve them ceases, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date of the last interaction with the Subject, or until Consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first.

Once the processing purposes are achieved or Consent is withdrawn, the personal data is destroyed or anonymised within no more than 30 days, unless a different period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Subject may withdraw Consent at any time by sending a free-form statement:

• by e-mail: info@crystalfund.ru;
• by post to: office 02-20/4B, 14 Chikina St., Odintsovo, Moscow Region, 143005.

The statement should include the surname, first name and contact details used in the enquiry, allowing the Operator to identify the corresponding request.

After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the personal data, except where the legislation of the Russian Federation permits continued processing without the Subject's consent.

By ticking the consent box, the Subject confirms that they:

• give Consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest;
• the personal data they have provided is accurate;
• have read this Consent;
• have read the Personal Data Processing Policy published at https://russianindustrialzone.ru/privacy.html;
• have been informed of the possibility to withdraw Consent in the manner provided in section 8 of this document;
• are at least 18 years old.

If the Subject provides personal data of a third party, they confirm that there are lawful grounds for transferring it to the Operator.
